A: According the Enforcement Execution Law Article 7, unless law has specifically stated, in principle, normal execution cases commences when the prosecution is determined until the period of procedure expires. It can take as long as 10 years for the execution procedure. For tax related case, according to the Tax Law Article 23, Item 4, the longest execution period is 15 years.
