Table I : Simplified Disposal of Objection Claim  

Objection claim (An application for adjourning execution is handled immediately and reported to the director for assessment)
step 1:The Clerk makes an execution report within three days of an objection claim
step 2:The enforcement officer makes an opinion paper within five days of the objection claim
step 3:Chief enforcement officer in charge submits the case to the director for decision
step 4:The director makes a decision within seven days of the objection claim

returning the file > After the case is closed,archive the file
else if lack of reason
returning the file > After the case is closed,archive the file
