A: When an obligator cannot pay their full owed amount due to natural, incidental or economic circumstances, he/she can bring proof to the branch to discuss terms of payment by installment with enforcement staff. The staff will make a decision based on the situation of the obligator and the amount owed to provide a reasonable installment plan that is within the legal scope of the enforcement law.
