A: When an obligator cannot pay their full owed amount due to natural, incidental or economic circumstances, he/she can bring proof to the branch to discuss terms of payment by installment with enforcement staff. The staff will make decision based on the situation of the obligator and the amount owed to provide a reasonable installment plan that is within the legal scope of the enforcement law.
