A: For fixed assets auction, anyone is allowed to participate except the enforcement staffs who host the auction and the obligator him/herself. For non-fixed assets, law has restriction on the eligibility of the bidder. In principle, anyone is allowed to participate except the enforcement staffs who host the auction and the obligator him/herself.
