A: For fix assets auction, anyone is allowed to participate except the enforcement staffs who host the auction and the obligator him/herself. For non-fix assets, law has restriction on the eligibility of the bidder. In principle, anyone is allowed to participate except the enforcement staffs who host the auction and the obligator him/herself.
