The joint auction held on the “first” “Tuesday” of every month (March 1), starting at “3” p.m. by the branches of AEA in the Year of the Tiger created an exceptional result. With a wide variety of items offered by each branch and the active participation of the public, the total amount made from the joint auction reached NTD 51,355,962. It showed the determination to implement the public power on enforcements and created huge income for the treasury.

     The total amount made from the highest bidding of the auction of the real properties was $47,364,799. The most attractive subjects were two lands near the ShihChien Elementary School and Kuotai Market, located at Mintsu Section, Banqiao District, New Taipei City with the highest bidding amount and auctioned by New Taipei Branch for NTD 15,629,000. The lands were not far from the Fuzhong MRT Station and Banqiao Station and the life function of the area was excellent; The one with the second highest bidding amount were two lands located at Zuonan Section, Zuoying District, Kaohsiung City and auctioned by Kaohsiung Branch. The lands were assumed by the mortgagee for NTD 13,560,000. In addition, a land located at Xizhou Ziliao, Xuejia District, Tainan City auction and auctioned by the Tainan Branch for NTD 8,588,800. There were multiple real properties with good qualities auctioned by AEA branches. For example, a land and an unregistered building located at Shuikeng First Section, Cyonglin Township, Hsinchu County were auctioned by Hsinchu Branch for NTD 4,286,000; a land located at Xinpu Section, Guanmiao District, Tainan City and was auctioned by the Tainan Branch for NTD 1,970,000; and a land located at Xiangshan Section, Tianzhong Township, Changhua County and auctioned by Changhua Branch for NTD 1,590,000. All of the said real properties were good subjects for the purposes of investment and personal use.

     The total amount made from the auction of personal propertied was NTD 3,991,163.The most eye-catching personal property with the highest bidding amount was the 581,715 shares of private placement common stock of the well-known company "CJW INTERNATIONAL CO., LTD.” This time is the second auction of the stocks, many
discerning investors participated in the auction and the stocks were auctioned by Hualien Branch for NTD 1,686,974. In addition, 49,483 shares of stocks of NOVAX
TECHNOLOGIES, INC. were auctioned by the New Taipei Branch for NTD 638,331.
There were many machinery and equipment, such as stackers, high-pressure air storage drums, rotary kilns, drying kilns and analyzers auctioned by Tainan Branch for NTD371,100; and a 2017 private minivan from Luxgen Motor was auctioned by the Kaohsiung Branch for NTD 280,000. Other personal properties auctioned were also items with good qualities, including handmade Polish pottery, jewelry accessories, iPhone, cakes, patents,stocks, gold rings, used automobiles (motors), strawberries, handmade cookies, whiskey and other items.
