Complete list of the Payment Methods for Administrative Enforcement!

In order to make the payment of the fine for administrative enforcement cases in a more rapid and convenient way for the public, New Taipei Branch of AEA continues to provide various payment methods for the obligor to choose the payment method depending on the type of case. Some cases can even pay at home. The public do not have to panic when they receive a payment notice. Let’s choose a payment method which is more suitable for the obligor!

• On-site payment (including credit cards and mobile payment):
  There is no maximum amount of payment for any cases. The public may pay on-site at the branch indicated on the payment notice; for the public with credit cards, the card holder may pay the payment for the fine with their credit card or mobile payment method (such as apple pay) within their credit card limit at the counter of the branch.Benefits: safe and direct payment with thoughtful on-site service
•  Payment in convenience stores:
  For any overdue national taxes (such as individual income tax, business tax, etc.),local taxes (such as land value tax, vehicle license tax, etc.), payments for health insurance, labor insurance and labor pension, fine for violations of environmental protection regulations, payment for electronic toll collection(ETC), fine for violations of traffic regulations and automobile fuel charges (including relevant fines), you may pay the amount not exceeding NTD 30,000 at the four convenience store chains with the payment notice printed with the barcode for convenience stores.                                                                                                                        Benefits: convenience stores open twenty-four-seven and can be found everywhere.
• Chunghwa Post Co., Ltd. and agencies for collection services:
  For any overdue payments for health insurance, labor insurance and labor pension and fines for violations of environmental protection regulations, you may pay the amount without maximum amount limitation at the counter of Chunghwa Post Co.,Ltd. and agencies for collection services (such as banks and farmers’ associations);for automobile fuel charges and its relevant fines, you may pay the payment at the counter of Chunghwa Post Co., Ltd. with the payment notice.
  Benefits: you can choose to make a remittance or postal money order instead of cash!
• Virtual payment account :
  For the payment notices who have their own account number of payment collections,the public make payments at convenience stores (the maximum amount of the payment is NTD 30,000) at the counter of the CTBC Bank or by voice remittance,physical or online ATM remittance and online bank remittance (no maximum mount limitation).

       New Taipei Branch of AEA reminds that if the public have any questions related to the payment method, they may contact us by phone(028995-6888*176). If the public are unfamiliar with the ground of the overdue payment, they may dial the phone number of the competent authority indicated on the payment notice for a faster and more convenient answer. In order to cooperate with the epidemic prevention policies, the public may return a photo of the payment certificate online via the special e-mail(pcyc@mail.moj.gov.tw) and a designated personnel will help you to revoke the seizure order and cancel the said case.
