      In order to implement the new confiscation mechanism adopted by the Ministry of Justice, to totally deprive the illegal gains of the crime and to accelerate the sale of the confiscated property during the investigation and after the decision became final, theDirector-general of AEA, Ching-Tsung, Lin and the Chief Prosecutor Cho-Jan, Miu of the Shihlin District Prosecutors Office are invited for the first time to participate in the live interview of the yoyo live show on October 6 (Thursday) at 12:30 p.m. to talk about the topic of "The perspective of the prosecutor of the 123 joint auctions entrusted by the prosecutors’ office.”
      From 2018 to September 16, 2022, 269 cases entrusted by the prosecutors’ offices have been processed by the branches of AEA with total amount of NTD 536,420,000 made from the sale related to the cases. The excellent result shall thank to the great teamwork between prosecutors’ offices and enforcement agencies. The CSBC host of the show, WeiYao, Tsai invited the Director-general and the Chief Prosecutor to share their perspectives in the live interview and the experience and mindset of the cooperation between the two offices. In addition to the prosecutor's perseverance in investigating cases, the enforcement officer work hard to arrange professional and effective the auctions and the sales entrusted by the prosecutors’ offices.
      For example, the Shihlin District Prosecutors Office and the Shihlin Branch have the most entrusted auctions in the country and the first auction of a Porsche convertible sports car caused a sensation between the public and many of them participated in the auction on-site. In addition, the auction of mining machines and  cryptocurrency, Tether and Ether,also attracted many visitors because of the rarity of the subject provided for auction. There were also 72 pieces of bloodstone artworks confiscated from the HungFuhai raking in money, a case processed by Hsinchu Branch and the Miaoli District Prosecutors Office and the auction of 27 gold bars confiscated in the corruption case processed by Hualien Branch and Taitung District Prosecutors Office are provided for auction through creative marketing strategy, such as hosting appreciation events, publicity made by KOL, produced a placement video within the episode of the popular drama “U Motherbaker.” The effects of the effective marketing method attracted more than 100 groups of people from all over the country came to each auction to participate in the bidding of each auction. It created a four-win  situation for the buyer, the victim, the defendant and the country.
