Promoting the Integration of Learning and Application: Collaborating to Cultivate Talents AEA signed an internship cooperation agreement with National Chung Hsing University

To cultivate outstanding legal talents and strengthen the integration of theory and practice,
the Administrative Enforcement Agency (AEA) of the Ministry of Justice has collaborated with
National Chung Hsing University to offer an off-campus internship program. The signing
ceremony was officially held at National Chung Hsing University on the morning of March 26,
2025. Minister Cheng Ming-Chien of the Ministry of Justice, an esteemed alumnus of the
Department of Law at National Chung Hsing University, attended the ceremony to witness the
signing. The event was also graced by the presence of Chief Prosecutor Lin Chin-Chun of the
Taichung Branch of the Taiwan High Prosecutors Office, Chief Prosecutor Chang Chieh-Chin of
the Taiwan Taichung District Prosecutors Office, along with numerous faculty members and
students from National Chung Hsing University. The ceremony was conducted with solemnity and
formality.
The Nantou Campus of National Chung Hsing University, located in Zhongxing New Village,
houses the university's School of Law as its primary academic unit. This campus falls under the
jurisdiction of the Changhua Branch of the Administrative Enforcement Agency. Under this
internship cooperation program, the Changhua Branch of the Administrative Enforcement Agency
will offer 14 internship positions. Experienced enforcement officers will personally mentor the
interns, guiding them through participation in various administrative enforcement procedure. This
initiative aims to realize the goal of integrating legal education with practical application.
In his remarks, Minister Cheng expressed his hopes that the students of National Chung Hsing
University would take this opportunity to translate their foundational legal knowledge into
practical experience through the internship program offered by the Administrative Enforcement
Agency. He also emphasized the importance of understanding government policies and operations,
and expressed his optimism for further deepened collaboration between the university and public
sector institutions in the future.
During the ceremony, Director-General Miao Jhuo-Ran of the Administrative Enforcement
Agency expressed his sincere appreciation to National Chung Hsing University for its participation
in the collaboration. He encouraged the students present to seize this internship opportunity to
acquire knowledge related to administrative enforcement and to gain hands-on experience in
practical work, thereby facilitating their future career planning. He also expressed his anticipation
for more mutually beneficial exchanges between administrative enforcement agencies and
academic institutions in the future
